Rhian is an illustrator / artist, who has lived in Paignton since 1997. Originally trained as a graphic designer / typographer, she has rekindled her love of drawing, and painting, and colour and creating. She absolutely loves to produce lively, colourful mixed media illustrations, repurposing old books and maps as both backgrounds and as inspiration! She draws by hand using ink, gouache paint and pastel, using traditional techniques rather than digital, and if she can inject some humour or wit, she does.
